RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION 

At Esencia ALL sales are final, each Shape-wear/Faja is 100% customized and handmade according to the customer’s preferences and measurements. Hence, we DO NOT accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason.

  • In the case of a manufactured error, the customer is required to take and upload a photo of him/herself wearing the product displaying the error and email this information to info@shopesencia.co  within 7 business days from receiving item. *Incorrect measuring does not qualify as production error.
  • We provide a video showing how to correctly take the measurements required for your Esencia shapewear. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements being submitted and will not issue refunds or replacements for these errors. Anyone who feels they are struggling with measurements can book an appointment to be measured in person by one of our professionals. Appointments can be booked by call/text to (562)869-1615
  • Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately. Please note that we do not accept any cancellation of orders after the order has been placed. This also means we do not accept changes to orders once orders are placed.
  • Shipping costs are to be covered solely by the customer and these are calculated by the website depending on the weight and size of the order using USPS current rates. These rates are subject to change and maybe amended annually if their pricing changes.
  • Confirmation emails of purchase are sent to the email/phone provided upon completion of order. Customers are kindly requested to check that emails from our company are not marked as junk or spam. Customers are also kindly requested to contact info@shopesencia.co if they do not receive the emails due to unforeseen Technical reasons.
  • Products ordered cannot be cancelled. All products will be shipped to the delivery address as the company will not cancel, hold nor store any order and product once produced.

In store pick up

  • Esencia offers in store pick up for customers that live in the 90660 or surrounding area codes. To place an order for in store pick up simply select "in store pick up" at check out. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive a notification to your email stating your order is ready. 

Scheduling my order pick up

  • Once you have received your email stating your order is ready for pick up, you may CALL/TEXT (562)869-1615 to schedule a time for pick up.
  • Should there be a discrepancy in the invoice you receive, please email our customer service team and we will send you an updated official invoice.
  • Please note if any Shape-wear/Faja has been manufactured in a custom size for the customer this item is non returnable and all sales are final. 

Return and cancellation information for Stage 1 or Stage 2 Compression Bundle orders

  • Cancellations for orders of any Stage 1 or Stage 2 Compression Bundles are not accepted.
  • The fajas included within these bundles whether standard sizes or made to measure are for post surgical use and classified as an undergarment. This means returns are not accepted under any circumstances and no refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellations of orders are not accepted once orders are placed.
  • Esencia Salon and Spa does not accept returns on waist trainers, exchanges, or store credit.

Esencia Salon and Spa Body Services & Packages are FINAL SALE.

* ALL packages must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date!

Any unused sessions will result in loss of package session/s.
